This interface is only useful for user accounts that are active periodically, and are removed, unless the user pays an account fee or uses a lab next period.

Users may use this interface to notify the account manager that their account should be kept alive. This links to several parts of YPMan, that filter user by certain categories, "Keep Requests" being one of them.
