The Table rigidly presents all available data in a common format: Columns denote different types of values and each row contains a distinct Car data set.

Rows can be selected in a common multi-select fashion, i.e. dragging the mouse, and selecting with the Shift and Ctrl keys. The table also allows for 2 operations that are linked to the main three graphs, namely the option to toggle visibility and selection. Visibility refers to whether or not a Car data set is drawn in the three graphs. Selection refers to whether or not a Car data set is drawn in a selected manner (different color).

The Table allows for four predefined operations for each of Visibility and Selection:
Selects all data sets |
Deselects all data sets |
Toggles the selection so that all selected data sets become unselected and all unselected data sets become selected |
Selects all highlighted data sets |
Any action in a visualization frame or in the table is reflected in all other frames, so that information is displayed in a concurrent and coherent manner.

The interface has been designed to adapt to the concept of the Overview, Zoom & Filter, Details on Demand paradigm.
